01 Voice Follow

It keeps up with how you speak.

Voice Follow listens on this device and moves the script as you speak — then waits when you pause. It detects each script’s language automatically, so English, German, French, Spanish, and many more can sit side by side.

Listening starts when you open prompting in Voice Follow.
Nothing is uploaded or stored. Speech stays on this device.
Pause releases the microphone; Play listens again from the current word.

Opt-in. Needs the microphone. First use may download a language model. If Voice Follow is unavailable, use timed scrolling or Controller mode. Get help with Voice Follow.

02 External Display

Show it on a TV or monitor.

Connect a TV, projector, or monitor over AirPlay or a cable. The connected display shows only the script — large, dark, and uncluttered — while your phone stays the control surface.

Size the text to the screen.
Mirror or Flip for beam-splitter glass.
Reading Guide chevrons on the reading line. Blank the display without stopping.

Script-only output needs iOS 27. On iOS 26 a connected display mirrors the phone. Connect from Control Center or a cable; Promptly cannot start mirroring for you.

03 Controller mode

Control it from off-camera.

Pair a game controller, keyboard, Bluetooth remote, clicker, or media remote and drive the script from your rig. Play, pause, restart, and change speed without reaching for the phone — including with the volume buttons.

Remotes move the script in Controller scroll mode. Media remotes wait while Voice Follow is listening. Volume buttons still can.
